This heavy-duty cable is designed for the harsh conditions of automotive shops and emissions testing stations. Thick copper conductors are wrapped in aluminum foil to shield them against the EMI, and further protected by a layer of mesh, which acts like chain mail, resisting bending and tearing.

Differential OBD signals are routed through twisted pairs, ensuring the best signal integrity. Gold-plated terminals ensure good contact, even after repeated use. Extra long strain relief on the J1962M connector protects the cable where it's most vulnerable.

Built-in high intensity LEDs light up a brilliant green and yellow to instantly let the technician know whether the diagnostic connector has power, saving time and money. Unlike the regular LEDs, the lights in this cable are clearly visible even in direct sunlight.
